The purpose of this symposium will be to review evidence that cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) represents a promising pharmacological target for the prevention and treatment of cancer. Lectures will be given by Drs. Andrew Dannenberg, Nasser Altorki, and Mark Pochapin. A laboratory tutorial will be led by Dr. Kotha Subbaramaiah.
