10 am - 2 pm at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Herbert Irving Center for Dermatology and Skin Cancer, 161 Fort Washington Avenue, 12th Floor.

9 am -12 pm at New York Weill Cornell Center of New York Presbyterian Hospital Starr Pavilion, 520 E. 70th Street.
